We had developed a technique of foaming directly from mould, creating an excellent quality visco-elastic foam with a lowresiliance, which is versatile and has a long durability. We had developed a large variety of visco-elastic foam related products commonly known as memory foam.
Our product range consists of mattresses, toppers, pillows and cushions at all price points to meet retailer needs. We use high technology manufacturing processes to ensure quality and attractive packaging for eye appeal. We have a complete sewing facility that allows us to make all covers for our products and allows us to produce specialty covers for our customer needs.

In our range we offer standard models. However individual models can be made to measure if required as all products are produced in moulds which make us able to create a huge typology of models in different shapes and sizes. The surface of mattresses, toppers can be personalized with drawings or zones. The visco-elastic foam can be supplied in two versions, SOFT and FIRM according to the level of support requested. |
URAL is highly comitted to quality and our foams are in line with BS 5852 fire retardant regulations and are TUV toxproof certificated as our foams do not contain harmful substances.
